    Read these instructions before you get started to make the most of your pass.

    Strong>Included Experiences:

    You can get tickets to your included experiences directly within the Smartvisit app – please refer to the individual attraction listings you wish to visit and follow the steps to redeem your tickets.

    Note, entry to some attractions requires prior reservation.

    Reservation rules vary, so please check the listings carefully for more information.

    If a reservation is required, tickets can be booked directly in the app unless otherwise stated.

    Acropolis Entry

    Entry to the Acropolis is subject to availability.

    Booking is required and as it’s extremely popular, we recommend you book your ticket at least 72 hours in advance to avoid disappointment.

    You may only enter the Acropolis during your selected date and timeslot, and your ticket cannot be cancelled or changed once booked. JRNYZ

    Your pass includes free self-guided multimedia walking tours through Plaka, Athens’ old town, and selected attractions. We recommend you download the tours over Wi-Fi ahead of time in case the mobile network is weak in parts of the city.

    The videos are not designed to autoplay, so at each stop select the relevant stories and click play.

    To enjoy the maps and self-guided tours, and to receive notifications about nearby experiences and other important information, please enable location settings on your phone.
